We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post EXPRESS POST, with delivery times between 1 day (capital cities excluding Darwin & Perth CBD only) and 3 days (rest of Australia).

Delivery Guarantee does not apply between Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and Australian (QLD) public holidays. Australia post only delivers Monday to Friday.

 


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately we are unable to supply MINKPINK to the United States or Canada.

We offer FLAT RATE International shipping. International delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days to most global commercial centres, depending on location. If nobody is home to receive your delivery, local postal guidelines apply.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that it's on its way.

Complete your order before 3pm Australian EST (Monday to Friday) and we will try our best to post the order the same day.

From there it should be delivered within the timescale advertised above. You can track Australian orders by logging in to your aboutagirl.com account.

 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If no one is available to collect the parcel, a card may be left by Australia Post requesting collection from your local post office. International orders depend on local customs and practices.

If you do not receive your parcel after 3 business days (10 business days for International orders), please contact us for your tracking number.

 

 

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER...

We are still humans, so in the rare case that we make a mistake and forget an item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm if the item was indeed forgotten and send it to you straight away, of course free of charge.

 

 

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us, we will sort it out as soon as possible.

 

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM...

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us immediately.

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.

 

Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address, your place of employment or to your PO Box.

 

If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!

 

 

DO YOU HAVE HIDDEN SHIPPING COSTS?

Absolutely NOT! Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total of your order.

 

All prices mentioned are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

 

The prices quoted DO NOT include your International sales taxes or Import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Contact your local customs office for any further information.

 

10% Australian GST is removed from pricing for International customers once you have provided your country details.
