Please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us.

 

If you are still having issues logging in, please request a new password, which will be automatically generated and emailed to you immediately.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Passwords can only be requested once every hour for security purposes, if you fail to receive your password within 5 minutes, please Contact Us and we will sort it our for you.

 

Once you have the new password, go to the Login Page, where you can enter your address or change your password to somethingeasier to remember.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH the SHOPPING cart...

All items in your cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers until you actually place the order. So if you made a cart yesterday and want to place an order today, it is possible that someone purchased one of the items in the meantime and you will receive an error.

MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED...

No need to panic – this can happen for several reasons.

 

First, ensure that the credit card details such as the start date and card number are correct and that your billing address is the same one the card is registered to.

 

If the problem persists, enter the details of another card and try that.

how do I change my password?

To change your newly sent password, go to the Personal Info tab of your account and enter you old password in the appropriate field.

 

Enter the new password below and Re-enter the new password and select SAVE to verify your request to change your password.

If you are not receiving our emails or our regular newsletter, you could be missing out on some great offers and our newest arrivals!
