HOW CAN I PAY?

The quickest and easiest way to pay is by Credit Card or PayPal as this gives us instant confirmation and we can send out your order within 24 hours.

Orders via Bank Transfers, Money Orders and Bank Cheques are also accepted, but have to be cleared before the order is shipped and can delay the delivery of your order.

ARE MY CREDIT CARD & PERSONAL DETAILS SECURE?

All our credit card payments go through EWAY, Australia’s most trusted and leading online payment gateway system using the latest in SSL encryption technology to avoid security breaches.

For added security, we DO NOT store your credit card details on this site, it is sent encrypted to EWAY for processing during the order process and we receive a confirmation if the credit card payment has been accepted or declined.

You can also transfer the money to our account, please remember, this is the slowest method.

When using this method remember we have to wait for payment to clear before dispatching orders.

INFO ON first time ORDERS OVER $300...

First time customers placing credit card orders over $300 will be required to send through photo ID before the parcel is delivered for security purposes.

You will be contacted if this is required.

Ordering

All orders placed before 3pm EST (Business Days) are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders normally arrive within 1-3 business days of payment being received for Australian orders.

Please allow 5-10 business days for international orders.

If no one is available to collect the parcel, a card may be left by Australia Post requesting collection from your local post office.

If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery times, please contact your local post office, or contact us for your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you haven't been home the whole time and you think your parcel has taken a while we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be sitting there and your notification notice has been misplaced.

You can use a money order or bank cheque if you are still unsure about using your credit card or Paypal.

We are unable to ship MINKPINK products to the USA or Canada, however, all other items are available to purchase.

We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it’s out of stock.

However, some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does. As we try to keep our products fresh, we usually add dozens of new items every week so you might just find something similar to the one you were looking for.
