RETURNS
As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.
Upon receipt, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item of your order (excl. sale items).

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTES (VOUCHERS)
If you would like to return an item please contact us online as soon as possible.
We will issue you a return authorisation number, please send this back with your return, any returns received without the RA number will be sent back to sender.
Please note: it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to (this can be found in the email confirmation you received after ordering), your order details and whether you want a refund (if applicable) or store credit. Without these details, processing time can take longer than usual.
Items must be unwashed, unused and in original condition this includes all original tags and packaging; of course this does not mean you cannot try the item on.
Returned items that have been damaged or worn will be returned to the customer without a refund or credit note.
We do not allow the return of sale items which is common practice in retail. Sorry.
We can only process refunds through your original payment method. If you paid by direct deposit include you’re BSB and ACC numbers with the return. Credit card payments are refunded through EWAY, our secure payment gateway, we do not have your credit card information, we will forward the refund to EWAY who will then process it, this can take up to 10 business days to be credited to you card.
We regret that we are unable to refund the original postage costs, unless the item was faulty or not as described.
The only exceptions are items purchased during Christmas, any items returned after 7 days (unless faulty) will be awarded with a store credit (voucher) only.

Sorry we do not offer refunds or online store credits for sale items unless faulty.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: Strikes, floods etc, we do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
Please note if you request parcel to be left at doorstep, in foyer etc you do so at your own risk aboutagirl.com can take no responsibility for misswing parcels. We advise that the parcel is delivered to an address where someone will be there to collect the parcel.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. (if you have supplied an incorrect email address or phone number we take no responsibility) We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
All orders are subject to availability of stock and sometimes there are errors in stock levels or sizes.
