DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders normally arrive within 1-3 business days of payment being received for Australian orders.
Please allow 5-10 business days for international orders.
If no one is available to collect the parcel, a card may be left by Australia Post requesting collection from your local post office.
If you do not receive your parcel after the estimated delivery times, please contact your local post office, or contact us for your tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you haven't been home the whole time and you think your parcel has taken a while we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be sitting there and your notification notice has been misplaced.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
The quickest and easiest way to pay is by Credit Card or PayPal as this gives us instant confirmation and we can send out your order within 24 hours.
Orders via Bank Transfers, Money Orders and Bank Cheques are also accepted, but have to be cleared before the order is shipped and can delay the delivery of your order.
WHO DO I SEND BANK TRANSFERS TO?
Please transfer the money to our bank account as soon as possible and add the order number in the description field:

We DO NOT accept Personal Cheques, they will be sent back and your order cancelled.
has my order been shipped?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that it's on its way.
Complete your order before 3pm Australian EST (Monday to Friday) and we will try our best to post the order the same day.
From there it should be delivered within the timescale as advertised.
If no one is available to collect the parcel, a card may be left by Australia Post requesting collection from your local post office. International orders depend on local customs and practices.
If you do not receive your parcel after 3 business days (10 business days for International orders), please contact us for your tracking number.
How do I return an item?

I want to buy something BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE available...
We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it’s out of stock.
However, some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does. As we try to keep our products fresh, we usually add dozens of new items every week so you might just find something similar to the one you were looking for.
Try browsing through our departments at the top of the web-page and then refine the type of item you are looking for by clicking on each of the sub-sections (e.g. Dresses, Tops, etc...)
Alternatively, you can type in the product or brand into our search facility [right side of the menu bar] and it will find you everything related to your specific search.
HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?
There are a number of ways you can search for a product until you find exactly what you’re looking for.
The easiest way to shop with us is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section, spilt into either product types (i.e. Jeans) or branded types

Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product or brand into our search facility [top right of the Website] and we will find you everything related to your specific search.
Once you have found what you want, click ‘add to cart’, and when you’re done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details. Easy.
Don’t forget to check out our GIFTS section, as it can be a fashion-gold mine!
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE! Please refer to the shipping charges page. Please note, we cannot ship MINKPINK product to the US or Canada.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Unfortunately, we require orders to be made online or you can use a money order or bank cheque if you are still unsure about using your credit card or Paypal. Rest assured, we protect your information using Australia’s leading payment gateway: EWAY and your credit card details are not stored anywhere on our site.
I THINK MY ORDER IS MISSING?
In the unlikely event you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time – please contact us and we will issue with the tracking number.
With the tracking number you can check the status of your order with Australia post. In most circumstances the parcel is awaiting collection at your local post office.
It is your responsibility to inform About A Girl if your order does not arrive. After 14 days we will lodge an enquiry to Australia Post.
About A Girl is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery. We cannot offer a replacement until the investigation from Australia Post has been completed.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE About A girl NEWSLETTER?
The easiest way to sign up for our newsletter is to create an account. You don’t have to buy anything yet, but when you do want to start shopping, this will give you a head start!
Alternatively, you can enter you email at the bottom-right of this page sign up to the newsletter straight away without setting up an account or giving us your name or any other personal details. Easy!
WHY SHOULD I SUBSCRIBE?
If you join the About A Girl mailing list we will email you when we have sales, new arrivals and new labels. We do not harass you, we only send out an email on a weekly basis. Under no circumstances will we rent or sell your e-mail or residential address for any reason. See our privacy statement for more detail.

WHAT SIZE IS THE MANNEQUIN PHOTOGRAPHED?
Our mannequin is a standard size 10 and we photograph her in a Size 10 or Size S. Her height is approx 1.6m from base to neck.
