As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.
Upon receipt, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item of your order (excl. sale items).
STRICTLY NO RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS!
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Please read carefully.
If you would like to return an item please contact us online as soon as possible.
We will issue you a return authorisation number, please send this back with your return, any returns received without the RA number will be sent back to sender.
Please note: it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to (this can be found in the email confirmation you received after ordering), your order details and whether you want a refund (if applicable) or store credit. Without these details, processing time can take longer than usual.
Items must be unwashed, unused and in original condition this includes all original tags and packaging; of course this does not mean you cannot try the item on.
Returned items that have been damaged or worn will be returned to the customer without a refund or credit note.
We do not allow the return of sale items which is common practice in retail. Sorry.

We highly advise sending the items via registered post. We cannot guarantee delivery without a tracking number.
CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?
To keep costs down, we are unable to offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee the item will be available by the time we receive the returned item. Instead you will be issued an online store credit which you can use in our online shop to purchase another size or another item.
If you would like to Exchange an item, we can recommend ordering the correct size or another item as soon as possible to ensure someone else doesn't buy it. Then send back the unwanted item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund.
how will i be refunded?
We can only process refunds through your original payment method
If you paid by direct deposit include your BSB and ACCOUNT numbers with the return.
Credit card payments are refunded through EWAY, our secure payment gateway. We do not save your credit card information, we will forward the refund to EWAY who will then process it, this can take up to 10 business days to be credited to you card.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We usually process refunds within 7-10 days starting from the day you send the item back to us.
In the unlikely event that you don't receive a confirmation within 10 days of posting your package to us, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
cAN I RETURN SALES ITEMS?
Unfortunately we do not allow the return of clearance items which is common practice in retail. Sorry.
WHY DIDN’T THE SHIPPING COSTS GET REFUNDED?
We regret that we are unable to refund the original postage costs, unless the item was faulty or not as described.
I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT...
We are truly sorry if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please Contact Us as soon as you notice and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible.
The following exceptions may affect the amount you have been refunded:
Shipping Costs: we only refund shipping on faulty items. If you ordered 2 or more items and only one is faulty, we only refund the shipping for the returned item and not the original shipping costs.
Any Discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable

As soon as we receive your order, we will process it and let you know how you will be refunded. To keep things simple, we usually process our returns on Wednesdays, so please be patient.
