GETTING STARTED

This is a useful little guide for all of our customers coming from the old site: www.aboutagirl.com.au

Logging In

We have copied all of your email addresses over to this new site. Unfortunately we were unable to keep your passwords for security reasons.

To log in to the new site using your existing email addresses, please request a new password, which will be automatically generated and emailed to you immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: Passwords can only be requested once every hour for security purposes, if you fail to receive your password immediately, please wait 5 minutes and if it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we will sort it our for you.

Once you have the new password, go to the Login Page, where you can enter your address or change your password to something more memorizable.

This only needs to be done the first time you log in to our site.

Changing your password

To change your newly sent password, go to the Personal Info tab of your account and enter you old password in the appropriate field. Enter the new password below and Re-enter the new password and select SAVE to verify your request to change your password.

Updating your details

To update your details, please log in and visit your Addresses page.

We aplogize for not keeping your address details, unfortunately our old site allowed multiple registrations with the same email address and we had lots of duplicate registrations with varying addresses. We thought it was easiest to keep it simple and ask you to reenter your address on the new site, once you have done that, your details will be saved until you decide to delete them or change them

Your account

We have developed a detailed personal account section where you can display all the information regarding your account. From your account area, you can view all of your orders and order details, awarded credit slips, available discount vouchers and more.

In the future we intend on adding birthday specials and rewards for our loyal customers, so keep checking back.
