Do you give full refunds?



We do not offer a refund unless the item is faulty, however we do offer credit note or exchange.



How do I return / exchange an item?



Please email us at info@aboutagirl.com before sending any items back, please include your order number and request. Send your return back to shop 4/73 Township Drive Burleigh West QLD 4220 Please make sure you include a copy of your order with the return. For more information see our returns section of the website.



How much is postage and how long does it take?



Postage is a flat rate of $8.50 (Australia Wide) we use Australia post express post satchels. International orders vary, please see shipping link for details. Express post satchels are received within 1-2 days of shipping. Orders over $150 are free postage (within Australia)

How do I know when my order is shipped?



As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that it's on its way. Complete your order before 2pm Australian EST (Monday to Friday) and we will try our best to post the order the same day. From there it should be delivered within the timescale as advertised. If no one is available to collect the parcel, a card may be left by Australia Post requesting collection from your local post office. International orders depend on local customs and practices. If you do not receive your parcel after 3 business days (10 business days for International orders), please contact us for your tracking number.



I want to buy something but it is out of stock?



We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it’s out of stock. If you're really serious about your purchase you can email our staff at sales@aboutagirl.com with the brand, size and product name and our staff can see if they can source it from one of our other stores. However, some of our most popular products will run out very quickly so you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does. As we try to keep our products fresh, we usually add dozens of new items every week so you might just find something similar to the one you were looking for. Alternatively, you can type in the product or brand into our search facility [right side of the menu bar] and it will find you everything related to your specific search.



Can I pick up my order from one of your stores?

How do I sign up for the About a Girl newsletter?



The easiest way to sign up for our newsletter is to create an account. You don’t have to buy anything yet, but when you do want to start shopping, this will give you a head start! Alternatively, you can enter you email at the bottom-right of this page sign up to the newsletter straight away without setting up an account or giving us your name or any other personal details. Easy!



Why should i subscribe to the mailing list?



If you join the About A Girl mailing list we will email you when we have sales, new arrivals and new labels. We do not harass you, we only send out an email on a weekly basis.
